Anti-Bullying Committee
The CommUNITY Mentoring Partnership establishes enriching relationships between our greatest resources (mentors) and our greatest assets (mentees). Mentors offer one-on-one interaction with at-risk youth in grades 6-10. The pairs meet at least once each week for one hour, spending time at school and out in the community, with hopes of achieving: increased academic performance, increased self-esteem, increased awareness and modeling of socially acceptable behaviors, expanded goals for lifetime achievement, and increased cultural awareness.
Character Counts!
Character Counts! is a coalition founded by the Josephson Institute of Ethics, a nonprofit, nonpartisan, nonsectarian coalition of schools, communities and nonprofit organizations working to advance character education by teaching the Six Pillars of Character: TRUSTWORTHINESS, RESPECT, RESPONSIBILITY, FAIRNESS, CARING, AND CITIZENSHIP.

Developmental Assests
Intergenerational Developmental Assets are incorporated into all Character Counts! and Mentoring activities. The primary focus, Ready By 21 initiative, is to ensure that all students are ready for further education or the workforce by the age of 21. It is important for all youth to have the proper skills, both in academics and life, to be contributing members of their families and communities.
